Because Qtranslate Plugin is Access-based, it has the familiar ribbon-style layout of other Microsoft Office programs. A toolbar labeled Add-Ins contains tools for adding owners, properties, managers, contractors, and assets and depreciations. The rest of the interface has a somewhat confusing layout, though, with several Qtranslate Plugin panes displaying mortgage transactions, tenant information, property issues, and more. The way the program is organized doesn't make a whole lot of sense, and though the built-in Help file supplied some Qtranslate Plugin, we never did feel fully comfortable using the program. Even trying to figure out how to record a rent payment from a tenant was an ordeal. We think it's definitely a good Qtranslate Plugin to have a program to help you manage your properties and all the record-keeping that goes along with them, but we're not sure that Qtranslate Plugin is the best choice for the job. It works, but the time you spend trying to figure it out could be better spent elsewhere. Most of us use a word processor for writing letters or the homework and in most cases we do not write serial letters or a complete dissertation and in the time Word needs for starting up we could have finished a letter.
